Lincsbells Partners is a family Partnership, who originate from and are based in Spilsby,  Lincolnshire, set up in March 2005 and consists of Robert and Lesley Bell and their two sons John and Mark.

Robert initially started the enterprise in 2002 with a small herd of Pedigree Aberdeen Angus Cattle and the support of Mr David Wellock of Hurries Farm, Otterburn, Noth Yorkshire. This was added to in 2004 with the purchase of three Pedigree Lincoln Red Heifers and support from the Clough family of Halton Holgate, Spilsby.

The Cattle are hosted at Aubourn on the Estate of H & J Neville and Son, Beckhouse Farm, Hainton, near Market Rasen, courtesy of the Heneage family and at Manor Farm Lusby, near Spilsby courtesy of Mr Lars Nielsen.

Recent diversification has taken the form the provision of NPTC City and Guilds Agricultural and Horticultural training and assessment. Also the promotion and sale of Lincolnshire produced products through boxed meat sales.
